Make your own wine

When I tell people I’m a winemaker, I always hear:

 

“That’s my dream. I wish I could make my own wine.”

This workshop is my way of opening that door for you.

​

Once a month, you join me in the vineyards in Feldbach. Ten sessions. Real work. Real decisions. Real winemaking.

 

​You’ll see what actually happens through the year , pruning, growth, ripening, fermentation, aging. ​We do the hands‑on work, we talk through what’s happening, and we taste so you learn through experience, not just theory.

​

And after each session, we sit in the vineyard, open a couple of bottles, share something to eat, and enjoy the place where the wine begins. The real winemaking experience.

At the end of the year, you take home a full case of the wine you and your workshop colleagues crafted together.

​

Opening one of those bottles with someone you care about, knowing you made it with your own hands and with a group that spent a year working together, is something you can’t buy anywhere.
