Some wines start in the vineyard.
This one started with a promise.

When I decided to become a winemaker, I promised my father I would one day make him a great wine... Time passed and I never did.

In 2024, my father passed away. That same year, after burtally learning that time passes and so do we; I decided to kee my promise.

Too late to give it to him in life.
Not too late to turn it into a tribute.

My father was a painter, a scientist, and a lover of wine. He is the reason I became a winemaker. That’s why Pa’ 24 is more than a bottle of wine. Each label carries one of his original paintings and his signature. This is not graphic design. It is his work.

Pa’ 24 is a Gewürztraminer fermented in old Pinot Noir barrels. An unusual choice, intentionally made. The result is a wine with a pinkish hue, high acidity, and layered aromatics of lychee, flowers, honey, and stone fruit, evolving slowly in the glass.

Only 250 bottles were produced.
Each one numbered.

This wine will not be repeated.

Pa’ 24 is not meant for everyday drinking. It is meant for moments. For intention. For memory.

Raise your glass with me

For love, grief, and passion.

Here’s to you.
And here’s to my Pa’.

Cheers, Santi
